Return and Refund Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

  • Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
  • Bath products, kids’ products, pillows, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
  • Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
  • Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
  • Please return your products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you’ve included the original invoice, all the accessories, and warranty cards that came with your order.
  • Original condition hygiene and for the safety of our valuable customers are Crucial, so some products cannot be returned or refunded, including: swimwear. headwear and accessories. toys, and party products. 
  • Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted.

Additional Policy:

  • Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
  • The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.

Received an Incorrect or Defective Product?

We apologize for any inconvenience if you received an incorrect or defective item. In such cases:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once received, our team will inspect the product. If deemed defective, a full refund will be processed, including any shipping fees incurred.

Please note:

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • Refunds may not be issued for products damaged due to misuse.
  • We do not offer replacements for defective products

Refunds for Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • If an order is canceled before shipping, we will automatically refund the amount to your credit/debit card. This should reflect in your account within 7-14 business days.
  • If an order is canceled after shipping but before delivery, a full refund will be issued as Tres Petit store credit within 24 hours. Upon request, we can transfer the amount back to your original payment method, which may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
  • If a delivered product is eligible for a return and passes inspection, we will process the refund (excluding original shipping fees) as Tres Petit store credit within 24 hours. Upon request, we can transfer the amount back to your original payment method, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you paid by cash/card on delivery and wish to return a product, the refund will be issued as Tres Petit store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage. Keep the shipping receipt for reference in case you need to track your return.

Tres Petit is not responsible for:

  • Items returned to us by mistake. If we can locate them (not always possible) and you request their return, shipping fees may apply.
  • Any damages to the product incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging.
