Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

• Orders will be delivered with in 3 business days.
• For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of SAR 10 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.
• We will make every effort to deliver the goods on or before the promised date. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from meeting our estimated delivery dates, we will provide reasonable notice with updated details. Furthermore, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from late delivery.
• If you are unavailable for delivery or collection, our courier partner will attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
• Our courier will attempt to reschedule the delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1 to 2 days of the initial delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, we will cancel the order on our end.
