Return and Refund Policy
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.
We Do Not Accept
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless they are defective.
- Bath products, kids’ products, pillows, towels, and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
- Products that have already been assembled unless there is a manufacturing defect. We may inspect defects and repair or replace defective items at our discretion.
- Products requested for exchange in different colors or sizes. (We currently do not offer exchanges—items must be returned and repurchased.)
- Products not returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the invoice, accessories, and warranty cards are included.
- Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including swimwear, headwear, accessories, toys, and party items.
- Offer items may be returned only if the offer item is still in original unused condition; otherwise its value will be deducted.
Additional Policy
- Accepting a shipment from the courier confirms the carton is sealed and in good condition upon receiving.
- The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
Received an Incorrect or Defective Product?
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you received an incorrect or defective item:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Once received, our team will inspect the product. If it is defective, a full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees.
Please note:
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
- Refunds may not be issued for products damaged due to misuse.
- Replacements are not provided for defective products.
Refunds for Credit/Debit Card Payments
- If an order is canceled before shipping, the amount will automatically be refunded to your card within 7–14 business days.
- If canceled after shipping but before delivery, a refund will be issued as store credit within 24 hours. Upon request, we can refund to your original payment method (may take up to 30 days depending on bank).
- If a delivered and returned item passes inspection, we will issue store credit within 24 hours. A refund to original payment method is available upon request, subject to bank timelines.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If you paid by COD, refunds will be issued as Tres Petit store credit, usable on our website for future purchases.
Customer Responsibility for Returns
You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage. Keep the shipping receipt for tracking your return.
Tres Petit is not responsible for:
- Items returned to us by mistake. If found and you request a return, additional shipping fees may apply.
- Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging.
