Delivery Charges

Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

• Orders will be delivered within 2–5 business days.
• For COD (cash on delivery) orders, a small service charge of SAR 10 is added to the order value. If you intend to pay in cash, please make sure to keep the exact amount ready at the time of collection.
• We will make every effort to deliver the goods on or before the promised date. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from meeting estimated delivery dates, we will inform you with updated details. Tres Petit is not responsible for losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses caused by late delivery.
• If you are unavailable for delivery or collection, our courier partner will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
• Our courier will attempt to reschedule unclaimed deliveries within 1–2 days of the first attempt. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled on our end.
